 As far as mortgage protection is concerned, unlike many advisers, we do not us just one insurer, but select from a panel of  competitive companies.

All of this is done in full consultation with you at all times, and we ensure that we fully explain everything you need or want to know. We are believers in independence and personal service, and have an established reputation for satisfied customers. Many of our new clients come to us as referrals from our existing clients- who also come back time and time again.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.

You can pay for our services by fee only.  In these circumstances, a typical fee is £195 payable on completion.  You can also pay a reduced fee and we will retain the procuration fee from the lender.  A typical fee would then be £95. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.
