YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.

You can pay for our services by fee only.  In these circumstances, a typical fee is £195 payable on completion.  You can also pay a reduced fee and we will retain the procuration fee from the lender.  A typical fee would then be £95. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.
